Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated: 2026-08-07
Purpose
This Acceptable Use Policy ("Policy") explains the content standards, moderation practices, reporting channels, and enforcement measures that apply when you use ai image combiner (the "Service"). It is part of our Terms of Service.
The Service provides AI image generation and related editing features. By using the Service, you agree to follow this Policy.
Allowed Use
You may use the Service only for lawful, legitimate, and non-harmful purposes. You must have the necessary rights and permissions for any prompts, images, videos, or other materials you upload or process through the Service.
Content Standards and Prohibited Categories
The platform expressly prohibits using the Service to create, request, upload, modify, or distribute the following six categories of content:
- Sexual / NSFW content — pornography, sexually explicit or suggestive material, nudity intended for sexual gratification, fetish content, or non-consensual intimate imagery (NCII).
- Violent / graphic content — extreme violence, gore, graphic injury, glorification of real-world violent crime, or content that encourages serious physical harm.
- Hate speech — content that attacks, demeans, or incites hatred or discrimination based on protected characteristics such as race, ethnicity, religion, nationality, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, or disability.
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) / child-unsafe content — any sexual, exploitative, abusive, or suggestive content involving minors (17 or under), whether real or fictional. Zero tolerance.
- Deepfakes / impersonation — unauthorized realistic impersonation of real people; deceptive deepfakes; non-consensual likeness misuse; non-consensual intimate imagery of real people; fraud.
- Copyright / trademark infringement — content that infringes another party's copyright, trademark, publicity, portrait, or other intellectual property rights.
The sections below further define absolute prohibitions, restricted categories, other prohibited conduct, moderation, reporting, and enforcement.
Absolute Prohibitions — Zero Tolerance
The following will be acted on immediately upon discovery. We reserve the right to report to competent authorities where required or appropriate:
- Child sexual exploitation material (CSAM) or any sexual content involving minors.
- Content that promotes or assists terrorism, violent extremism, or mass violence.
- Technical guidance for manufacturing weapons of mass destruction.
- Content that incites genocide or ethnic hatred.
- Non-consensual deepfake sexual content targeting real individuals.
- Other illegal content as required by applicable law in our target markets.
Strictly Restricted Content
Even outside the absolute-prohibition list, the following are not permitted on this Service without an approved, lawful, and clearly disclosed creative, educational, or journalistic context — and may still be refused by our safety systems:
- Adult or sexualized content (this Service does not offer an age-verified adult mode; NSFW remains prohibited).
- Graphic violence that is not clearly framed as fiction, education, news, or artistic critique.
- Misleading political deepfakes or content designed to deceive the public.
- Medical, legal, or financial advice presented as professional guidance without appropriate disclaimers and compliance with local rules.
Other Prohibited Conduct
You also may not:
- Generate or spread false information, scams, or deceptive content.
- Impersonate real individuals, brands, or institutions.
- Infringe intellectual property, portrait, privacy, or publicity rights.
- Pass off AI-generated content as human-created in order to deceive others.
- Mass-generate spam or fraudulent content.
- Use jailbreak prompts or other techniques intended to bypass platform safety systems.
- Probe, disable, reverse engineer, or otherwise evade moderation controls.
Content Moderation
We use a multi-layer review system: automated screening + human review + periodic sampling.
Automated Screening (Real-Time)
Generation requests and related content are screened by safety filters where supported:
- Input filtering — keyword, semantic, and intent checks on prompts and uploads.
- Output filtering — safety evaluation of generated results where available.
- Usage-pattern analysis — monitoring for abusive or anomalous API / account behavior.
- Provider safety controls — reliance on safety guardrails from our AI model providers, in addition to our own filters and enforcement rules.
Human Review
- Automatically flagged content may be placed in a human review queue.
- User-reported content is reviewed by our trust and safety / support team.
- Reports involving child safety, terrorism, or other severe illegal content are prioritized.
- Reviewers follow content-safety guidelines and confidentiality obligations.
Periodic Sampling and Audit
- We periodically sample generations and related activity for compliance review.
- We regularly evaluate and improve automated filter accuracy and enforcement workflows.
- We may update this Policy and our controls as laws, models, and threat patterns change.
